Why did Anti-federalists oppose the Constitution? A. Because it provided for separation of powers B. Because it did not have a bill of rights C. Because it favored large states D. Because it could not be amended

    Common answer is that they "wanted a Bill of Rights". But this only accounted for SOME of them. Anti-federalists were a diverse group and their objections to the Constitution varied. so go with B
