HELP a factory produces plastic pipe. They receive an order with a requirement for each pipe to be 1.5m in length. Quality Assurance decides that the pipe length differ by no more than 6% of the specified 1.5m. Write an absolute value inequality with which Quality Assurance can specify the pipe length
