Tomas Chavez bought the property next to Matt Wong 6 months ago. Tomas had the property surveyed and found that a row of oak treesbetween the 2 properties are actually on his land. Tomas wants to cut down the trees and sell the wood. Matt enjoys the trees and feels thay provide privacy for his home.
