Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.01 Simplify 103 to 1000 8.37x×1082.7x×1000 2 Use Quotient Rule: xaxb=xa−b 3100x1+1×108 3 Simplify 1+1 to 2 3100x2×108 4 Regroup terms 3100×108x2 is the answer

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I just figured it out. So the way my textbook is saying take 8.37/2.7 which is 3.1. Then 10^8/10^3, it becomes 10^5 because you subtract the exponents. so it's 3.1 x 10^5 which equals 310,000.
