Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Since line PQ is given to be parallel to line RS and since 3 and 5 are alternate interior angles, we know tha angle 3 is congruent to angle 5 because if parallel lines are cut by a transversal, then the alternate interior angles are congruent.
