What is deference b/w coder and programmer?

    A coder codes webpages, but a programmer programs computers. Coders cannot program entire computers - they just design and create websites/webpages.

    a coder can be seen as a programmer but the coder focuses on the codes or the initial structure of the program but the programer designs the the program
