WILL FAN AND MEDAL Why does the Declaration state that governments should not be charged for ‘light or transient reasons?’ -to protect the new country from future revolutions -to show that the founders have a good understanding of government -to discourage breaking from Great Britain -to show the founders are level headed and only rebelling because they are forced to by grievous offenses
