I thought there was no such diet but I was wrong... http://www.prevention.com/health/health-concerns/cancer-prevention-advice-world-without-cancer
you should ask a doctor though..
A healthy diet...Lol
Actually there is no such diet; the diet that is being referred to here is a diet that greatly reduces the risk of developing cancer, to the point that we sometimes assume that we have all together prevented it from happening in the first place.
Same goes for every other disease as well, I know that the saying is 'prevention is better than cure' , but there is no such thing as prevention. you can only attempt to reduce the risk.
I'm not sure about the accuracy. But then again my grandma once said that there are some foods that fight against cancer. But it's a prevention method not a curing method I suppose. You've heard of antioxidants (eg: Vitamin C) right? They are mostly found in fruits and vegetables. . According to my grandma studies have found the people who eat fruits and vegetables have a lower risk of cancer. Of Course it should be balance plant diet .Plant-based foods are rich in nutrients that boost your immune system and help protect against cancer cells.
