a reflection over the x-axis matrix is given as$\left[\begin{matrix}1 & 0 \\ 0 & -1\end{matrix}\right]$so we take each given points and multiply it to the matrix to get its corresponding image so ..$R \left(\begin{matrix}-3 \\ 7\end{matrix}\right)*\left[\begin{matrix}1 & 0 \\ 0 & -1\end{matrix}\right]=R'\left(\begin{matrix}(-3)*1+0*7 \\ 3*0+7*-1\end{matrix}\right)=\left(\begin{matrix}-3 \\ -7\end{matrix}\right)$likewise $s'=\left(\begin{matrix}5 \\ -3\end{matrix}\right)$and $T'=\left(\begin{matrix}6 \\ 5\end{matrix}\right)$
