Related to Electromagnetic Induction: why does deflection in the galvanometer increases dramatically when the iron rod is inserted along the axis of two coils

    iron is ferromagnetic subs and it allows more number of magnetic lines of force to pass through...this increases magnetic flux through coils so emf also increases nd so theres a deflection in galvanometer
