    C is the answer. When substances are dissolved in a mixture ( Eg; salt dissolved in water) , they are usually considered as homogenous mixture. Cuz in a homogenous mixture all the substances are in the same phase. B is another characteristic of homogeneous mixtures. D is commonly know as a pure substance.
