How many arrangements of 3 digits can be formed from the digits 0 through 9? 1,000 729 720 I got 504.....

    I think of it like this. How many numbers are there between 0 and 999, inclusive?

    I used permitation. P(n-r)=[P(n,r)=\frac{ n! }{ (n-r)! }\]

    I'm honestly not good at the statistics, but it would seem that 1000 is the logical result if you count the numbers from 000 to 999. either way, your 9s should be 10s
