a. Prepare a frequency distribution table for colon and rectum cancer rates for women using six classes of equal width.

My question is how do you get that frequency number? We did not get a table of the numbers!

I know how to do it using a table and counting how many times you see that number. But all we have was that info I provided and the book does not give info on how to find the frequency too.
