A message center recives calls from 6pm until 6am .typicaslly 50% of the calls berween 6pm and 9 pm :25% of the calls come in between 9pm and midnight : 20%of the calls come in between midnight and 3 am and 5 % of the calls come in beteween 3amand 6 am What is the probability that a call will come in between 6pm and midnight

    50% of the call come in between 6pm-9pm and 20 between 9 and midnight so add them 50%+20%=70%

    No it is not 100% because some of the calls do not take place during 6pm-midnight
