    Total Cost = Initial 300 min cost + (# min over 300)*(cost per minute over 300) Wants to spend at most $50 \[50 \ge 29.95 + (0.19)*(minutes~ more)\]

    those are the numbers put in, you can solve for the additional min, and add that to 300. That is the most she can purchase for 50 dollars
