what dilution should be used for anti GAPDH and anti beta actin in western blotting for H357 cancer cell line lysate??

    it depends on the manufacturer of the antibody. for cell signaling I have used a 1:1000 previously and I will advice you start with that, observe the blot and increase or reduce concentration as appropriate.
