Which of the following is an example of destructive conflict? Sarah wants to discuss how work is divided to make sure that each group member is doing his or her fair share of work. Alice wants to spend some time as a group discussing each members’ role as some members are a bit confused about their duties. Calvin points his finger at a group member and calls him a liar. Nate challenges a group member’s opinion by playing the role of devil’s advocate to get each group member to think about all possible solutions.
