It is the most abundant rock in the deep oceanic crust." https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=8&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CEMQFjAHahUKEwicpt-w8J7IAhXOCZIKHQSfC9E&url=http%3A%2F%2Fgeology.com%2Frocks%2Fgabbro.shtml&v6u=https%3A%2F%2Fs-v6exp1-ds.metric.gstatic.com%2Fgen_204%3Fip%3D165.199.1.21%26ts%3D1443620215243420%26auth%3De2wiwwmlle36fih5pdujyfjjiskxlrgx%26rndm%3D0.6260023736394942&v6s=2&v6t=9397&usg=AFQjCNF3xQkYdPi0cTsAE-dUmXD8tGYbsQ&sig2=DdvJNjvWnhprr6NgxPDYZg
