    It should be B. A is wrong because biotic factors can't be abiotic at the same time. Biotic means living and abiotic means non- living C is wrong cuz no ecosystem is identical. Not a single thing is identical here. D ecosystems vary in their sizes at least by 1 centimeter. SO B is the answer :)
