Where do I start? Lecture videos? I do not see a schedule, I assume we just watch the videos and do the homework and quizzes?

Read the contents/syllabus/index.htm webpage. It has readings and the calendar.

It's up to you, actually. You should plan a schedule according to your study time and the syllabus/content. By the way, your assumption is good : you should watch all videos and do all homeworks (and check for the solutions). But this is a hard course which demands a lot of thinking and practice. You will perhaps need to take notes (as I do) and read other resources especially containing programming exercises and problems.
