If a point is in the third quadrant, then its x-coordinate is negative. I have to determine if this is true please help!

    you know that 0 is where the x axis and y axis meet. Just think anything to the left of zero is negative and anything to the right is positive

    Here is a point in the third quadrant ^^. What could be its coordinates? Just make up any ordered pair that would be located in the third quadrant. Then, look at its x-coordinate. @OTAKUSUCKSATMath
