    Closed system we can simply consider it as From point A then back to A so the total work done is zero MAybe I'm wrong Sir @aaronq your words ?

    A closed system is one that can exchange energy with the surroundings but doesn't exchange matter - technically stuff (meteors) are falling into earth, so it's not really a closed system
