Does my answer sound okay? Question: Consider the statement below. Then, write the contrapositive of the statement and determine its truth value. Provide justification to your answer to receive credit. If a bus is yellow, then it must be a schoolbus. My answer: The contrapositive of this statement is "If it is not a schoolbus, then it isn't yellow." This is the contapositive since the contrapositive of a statement is the statement in opposite order with both parts negated. This statement is not true since a bus can be yellow and not be a schoolbus.
