    Plug in 3 for wherever x is in the original equation ans solve. if that =3 then it is yes. If it doesnt then it is no.

    So 2(3) - (3)/2 <= 5

    So 6 - 3/2 <= 5 6 - 1.5 <= 5 4.5 <=5 Yes it is true :)
