Let's plug in some numbers to get a better understanding of the formula. The formula is as follows: |dw:1444160864642:dw|

    Let's plug in some randoms numbers to help you get a better understanding of this: (1,5) and (2,3) d= √(2-1)^2 + (3-5)^2 = √(1)^2 + (-2)^2 = √1 + 4 = √5
