Experimental- think of YOU actually doing it.. i.e I flip a coin ten times and I find out that 0.4 tails and 0.6 heads.. But Theoretically if you flip that coin 1000 times (using simulation) you will see that the actual prob is 0.5 heads and 0.5tails
