Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1in the first part we are told that AG and CE are perpendicular to DH so we know dw:1444191585208:dw

FireKat97

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1and since angle EDH = angle GHD = 90 we know that DE is parallel to HG (cointerior angles) and similarily CD is parallel to AH so CE is parallel to AG so we get dw:1444191707310:dw

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1now in the next part we are told that EG and AC are perpendicular to CE so dw:1444191759521:dw and for the same reasoning as above, CA is parallel to EG

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1now going back to the options, we have no reason to believe a is correct, because according to our diagram AC and EG are parallel not perpendicular. we have no proof to suggest B either. now if you look carefully at our diagram, you will realise that CEAG actually makes a rectangle and the info we were given proves this (we can see two sets of parallel sides and two right angles, making it a rectangle) so logically it makes sense that AG = CE. Therefore C is correct
