The photosystems make the enzyme ATP synthase to drive the Calvin cycle. The photosystems drive CO2 and electrons into the Calvin cycle. The photosystems transfer energy to the Calvin cycle in the form of ATP and NADPH. The photosystems are the reactions that use CO2 to build sugar molecules. Thanks!
