    Both liquids will very gradually reach the same equilibrium temperature. The warm liquid will very quickly become warmer; the cold liquid will very quickly become colder. The warm liquid will gradually become warmer; the cold liquid will gradually become colder. Both liquids will very quickly reach the same equilibrium temperature.
