    well one dice has 6 sides so numbered from 1-6 so the outcome is from 1-6??? isn't it

    When you roll 2 dice, each of the two dice can have those 6 outcomes. That means the total number of outcomes of rolling two dice is 6 * 6 = 36.

    Each square with two a two-digit number shows an outcome. The first number shows die A, and the second number shows die B. For example, 42 means die A is 4 and dies B is 2.
