If a person charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) refuses to take a chemical test, that refusal will result in a driver license suspension from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Driver Licenses for a) 12 months for a first refusal. b) 18 months for any subsequent refusals. c) The license is NOT suspended, it is REVOKED for refusing. d) Both A and B are correct.
