2. An automobile tag facility with Kenya Revenue Authority served customers who arrive randomly at an average rate of 100/hr and are served at a mean rate of 12/hr. Determine the number of servers needed. Is simulation necessary in this case?

    Hint* On average 100 per hour show up...and are served at an average rate of 12 per hour So to accommodate the demand...they would need \(\large \frac{100}{12} = ?\) helpers *obviously there cannot be a fraction of a person...so you would round up*
