Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.02x<8 divide both side by 2 and because you are dividing the numbers with a negative number, you need to flip the inequality sign. Then it becomes x>4 and the graph is the fourth one. It's an open circle because the inequality sign does not have the half equal sign.
