What are the long-term effects of this type of "negative" stress on glucocorticoid synthesis and the function of the pituitary-adrenal axis?

    well negative stress on the pituiatry adrenal axis may be over secretion of glucocorticoid or it's excess so what's your given data????

    yeah well it's but negative refer s to both excess and reduction but if it increases it then the tussle is its long term effect????
