We need to bring those 2 units to one in order to simplify right? Either it is the meters to cm or cm to m

    \[(\frac{ 1m }{ 100cm })^{3} \] if u are going to convert it to cm then , 1m = 100cm \[(\frac{ 100cm }{ 100cm })^{3} = (1cm)^{3} = 1cm ^{3}\]
