Would this be considered a function? I already have the rest of the problem figured out, I just cannot decide if it is a function or not, Thanks!

Is it possible to pass a vertical line through more than one point on the curve?

vertical is up and down, so i would say that no, it will not go through more than one point?

correct. It is not possible, so this passes the vertical line test and it is a function https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xvD-n4FOJQ

I am looking at another one now (another problem of mine), and it is a complete circle (on the graph) and that would mean it is NOT a function because the line would go through more than one point, correct?
