To answer your problem, all you have to do is try to read the table that was given
so for part (a) where you have to find the probability of people with black hair, all you have to do is look down the column that says "Black Hair" to the bottom where to total decimal of people with black hair is 0.45
to convert a decimal to a percent, you just have to multiply the decimal by 100
so 0.45 times 100 = 45%
it would be the same idea for blue eyes, except you would be reading across to find the total
but for brown eyes and black hair (since you have two conditions) you would look across from the brown eyes row and see where the black hair column meets that row. it should be 0.25 right?
then all you have to do is convert that decimal into a percent :)
