A would be the correct answer because if we use the "equation" -(b/2a) we get -32/-32 which equals one positive second of course and the maximum would be 22 if we look at the graph :)

For the 2nd question the answer would be D because again if we look at the graph we get 4.6 seconds (which is the x) and around 372.3 of maximum (which is the y). This of course is the easy way by looking at the graph :)
