\[\Delta G < 0\] When gibbs free energy is less than zero ( meaning; negative ) then the reaction is spontaneous \[\Delta G = 0 \] When the gibbs free energy is equal to zero then the reaction is in equilibrium. \[\Delta G > 0 \] When the gibbs free energy is more than zero ( meaning; positive ) then the reaction is not spontaneous.

So for a reaction to be spontaneous the gibbs free energy (G) should be NEGATIVE. Other 2 differ in place.

Spontaneous means the reaction will go from (reactants) to products. but it doesn't say how long it will take.
