Remember that normal sexual reproduction involves the mixture of genetic material, which results in variations of people. Cloning however would skip this mixing part and instead create exact duplicates of the genetic material being cloned. So if you looked at the genes of two clones you would find them to be exactly identical at conception.

they would be genetically identical because no new genes are being introduced so therefore would be physically identical also they share the same genotype and phenotype
