Articles of Confederation was not a bad "constitution" . it gave supreme power to the states which is drastically needed now a days but the problem is there has to be a decision maker. you cant have bunch of people in the room and not a at least someone directing whats going or the conversation will turn into whats your favorite salad dressing. someone has to be a leader. the problem now is the leader (federal gov) is a 16.3 TRILLION dollar overweight retricewho can not make decisions.
