in this "graph" they already changed the number into a probability. in other words, 378 used mastercard and if we divide by the total number of people 1000, we get 0.378 which can be written as a percent: 0.378 is 37.8% The probability could be written lots of ways: \[ \frac{378}{1000} = \frac{37.8}{100} = 0.378 \] or even \[ \frac{189}{500} \]
