I would suggest converting gallon of orange juice, quarts of cranberry juice, and all the rest into a common unit and then work from there. To begin, maybe decide you want them all in pints. So 1 gallon = 8 pints. Then 3 quarts = 6 pints and so forth. Once you have that, the ratio of orange to cranberry is 8:6. And you can repeat that for the others. Ratios are only valid if all the parts are measured in common units, for the same reason we don't really add fractions with different denominators before giving them a common denominator. Does that make any sense?
