You can see that the ring attacks Bromine, which causes a temporary loss in aromaticity. aromatic compounds are stable because of the conjugated pi system 2n+4 pi electrons. If I remember correctly chlorine is an ortho/para director but it's electron withdrawing. so I think that maybe putting on the second bromine would be a bit harder than the first because the ring is less electron rich. I think that the only possible place it could go is at the para position.
