Okai , 1) Restriction enzymes are used to cut DNA into smaller fragments. 2) Ligase enzyme is used to bind DNA fragments with blunt ends. So what do u think the answer is ?

oh wrong i forgot to mention about the polymerase enzyme, polymerase enzyme is used for proofreading” the strand so that misplaced base pairs can be corrected.

SO the answer is going to be A B is wrong because we dnt use polymerase enzyme for pasting C is wrong because Ligase enzyme is not used for cutting but for pasting
