1. I feel RuBisCo is the answer because it is a part of carbon fixation only. It doesn't have a role in the light-independent reactions... Hope this helps...

2. The answer to this has to be glucose. All the other options are enzymes which play a part in the formation of glucose. Hence, glucose has to be the major energy provider.
