If the size of the triangle doubled when creating triangle E'F'G', than the scale factor would be two. If it quadrupled it would be the scale factor of 4. (It did quadruple. FG is 1 unit wide and F'G' is 4 wide. 1 times 4= 4.) Then reflecting across the x axis (the x axis is the line that goes horizontal). |dw:1449858314525:dw|(P.S. ^that says x-axis. Then, if EFG was quadrupled and reflected across the x-axis, E'F"G' would look like this: |dw:1449858389160:dw| Which it doesn't. So It is C. If EFG was quadrupled in size, (x4) and then reflected like a mirror over the y axis ( which is vertical/ up and down) it would look like this. |dw:1449858479696:dw| C is your answer. Hope I helped
