how do i find the equation of the youngest daughters age n.

If the first of the three consecutive even integers is n, then the next even number above that is n + 2, and the next even number above that is n + 2 + 2 or n + 4. When you add these three integers together, the sum is to equal 60. So add them in equation form and you get n + n + 2 + n + 4 = 60 where n is the age of the youngest daughter. Solve for n and you can crank out all the ages.
