The pressure of a system varies directly with the temperature at the time of the reading. Jake, the pressure reader, recorded that at 8:00 am the pressure was 120 and it was 84°F. At 5:00 pm he was in a hurry and wanted to get home so he just checked the temperature which was 104°F. Calculate the pressure to the nearest tenth so Jake can leave work. a. P = 148.6 c. P = 72.8 b. P = 97.0 d. P = 140.0
