well for your question you have to find the length. we already know that the width is 2 and the perimeter is 200 because they tell you already

but it says the width is 2cm LESS THAN THE LENGTH so how would it be 2?

when they say LESS THAN THE LENGTH you have to minus when they say more than the length you have to add
